ASO-S Special Issue Published in RAA Journal

The Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory (ASO-S) is the first mission dedicated to solar physics in China, which is scheduled to be launched in 2022. In order for the solar physics community to understand better and earlier the details of ASO-S mission, we published a special issue in the Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics journal (RAA, Volume 19, No.11, 2019), which includes a total of 13 papers, covering almost all aspects of ASO-S. These papers, selected from the presentations in the first ASO-S international workshop held in Nanjing on 2019 January 15-18, describe the general status of the mission up to the start of Phase-C.
