Factory Certification Meeting of the ASO-S Satellite Held in Beijing

On August 24, the factory certification meeting of the ASO-S satellite was held in Beijing. The meeting heard the report on the development of ASO-S satellite project, satellite system, carrier rocket system, ground support system and scientific application system, as well as the report on the task preparation of launch site system and TT&C system. According to the work arrangement, the ASO-S satellite and the supporting CZ-2D Y55 carrier rocket will be delivered to Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in early September, and it is planned to launch in early October.
